Continua il rinnovamento del Volvo FH. A partire dalla settimana prossima la casa svedese inizia a vendere tutta la gamma completa di motori versione euro VI.
Il primo modello è stato il 13 litri da 460 cv del 2012, ora è il momento dei nuovi motori D5, D8, d11 e D13.
Il sistema mixa un EGR raffreddato, il filtro antiparticolato e l'SCR.
Per le versioni D11 e D13 differisce l'EGR non raffreddato, difatti il calore del sistema di scarico viene tenuto ad un livello costante grazie anche al supporto del sistema SCR che ormai Volvo testa e sperimenta con ottimi risultati da anni, ottenendo un miglioramento dal punto di vista del rivestimento catalitico e dal sistema di iniezione dell'AdBlue.
